I found Sandey Todd's Facebook page via Google search for realtors in the Lake Placid area. I read her bio and was instantly impressed by how well written it was and the fact that she had seven children and was still standing! As a professional and a mother of three, I was instantly connected to her. I definitely made the right choice and am so grateful that I did!

Sandey Todd had an immediate marketing strategy, which included entering the property in an open house/tour of homes that was approaching quickly. With her connections, I was able to get the house ready from New Jersey to be entered in the tour. Even before the tour, she showed the home and received an offer right away. She received excellent feedback during the tour as well, but the original offer is the one that stuck.

If realtors could be cloned, Sandey should be the model on which they're based. She is all of the adjectives used above, but to the tenth power. She is exponentially the best realtor I have ever worked with either personally or professionally in my capacity as an insurance broker. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to make the sale of this property fast and painless, especially since I was primarily states away and she was local. I cannot thank her enough for making this seemingly herculean task as simple and efficient as possible.
